“My husband and I stayed in a Moss Jr Suite, and I was absolutely enchanted by the experience. The room was equipped with two twin beds, a walk-through shower that was amazing, and high-quality linens that made our stay incredibly comfortable. There was even a lovely hanging swing that I cherished after spending a day at the spa and lagoon. However, the experience was somewhat marred by long wait times for check-in and a disappointing private lagoon experience due to safety issues. Despite the high price, the spa and dining options are fantastic, making it a memorable stay overall.

What an incredible experience! From the moment we arrived, everything felt luxurious. The room was spacious and came with a stunning view of the moss-covered lava fields, perfect for a peaceful getaway. Although it can be pricey, especially since meals aren't included, I found the overall experience to be worth every penny. The on-site spa and private lagoon areas added an extra touch of relaxation. Just a couple of minor issues to note were the dimly lit bathroom which made getting ready a bit tricky, and some technical difficulties with the music setup in our room.
